Operate after terminal power on

  • Go to system menu, Settings>Backup & reset>Factory data reset, after click, it will reset to factory setting and remove all the installed apps.

Operate when terminal power off

Q1

  • Press the Power key and Scan key in the keyboard at the same time, last about 5s.
  • After 20-30s, the recovery UI displayed.
  • Select factory reset(wipe D/C) to reset. Scan Key for select, Power key for confirm.
  • After reset success, select reboot system now, reboot the system.

  • Press Power key and Volume(+) at the same time.When the terminal start, release the Power key, keep press the Volume(+).
  • After 20-30s, the recovery UI displayed.
  • Select factory Wipe Data/factory reset to reset. Volume(-) for select, Power key for confirm.
  • After reset success, select reboot system now, reboot the system.
