Warning: This operation will remove all the apps and data in your terminal.

Operate after terminal power on

  • Go to system menu, Settings>Backup & reset>Factory data reset, after click, it will reset to factory setting and remove all the installed apps.

Operate when terminal power off

Q1

  • Press the "Power" button and "Scan" button at the same time, last about 5s.
  • After 20-30s, the recovery UI displayed.
  • In recovery menu, select "factory reset(wipe D/C) to reset". Please use "Scan" button to switch between the sub menus and use "Power" button to confirm.
  • After reset success, select reboot system now.

  • Press "Power" button and "Volume(+)" button at the same time to reboot the terminal into recovery mode. Notes: when the terminal start, keep on pressing the "Volume(+)" is easy way.
  • After 20-30s, the recovery UI displayed.
  • In recovery menu, select "factory Wipe Data/factory reset". Please use "Volume(-)" button to switch between sub menus and use "Power" key to confirm.
  • After reset success, select reboot system now.
