Terminal can only be recovered from tamper status by terminal vendor. Others can not recover terminal by themselves.

  1. Tampered device generates a token in the TF card during booting process.
  2. Please get and send the token file to WizarPOS by mail. Mail information: Title: Device recovery from temper status. Mailto: techsupport@wizarpos.com; Sales person from WizarPOS. Attachment: token file.
  3. After we received the application mail and approved, we will reply and attach the signature file of that token.
  4. Please put the .sig file to the same folder of the TF card and reboot terminal again. Please notice, that token file should exist in the same folder.
