  • Click Settings-->More-->Tethering & portable hotspot
  • Turn off Protable WLAN hotspot

Here is a demo of turning off the portable hotspot by application.

Disable from wizarview

  • Select Terminals>Terminal.
  • Select the terminal want to disable hotspot.
  • Click Config System Parameter icon.
  • In the popup page, select tab System
  • Choose Disabled in dropdown list of WIFI HotSpot.
  • Click Commit.
