Accessing the PingTool and TcpTool in Smart POS
- Navigating to Merchant Self Test
- Go to: Settings > About POS > POS Configuration > Merchant Self Test.
- Accessing Advanced Tools
- Within the Merchant Self Test menu, select "Advance" to view advanced options.
- Using PingTool and TcpTool
