Click Settings > Security > Encryption & credentials -> Install a certificate -> CA certificate

# Put CA certificate to TF card
# Insert the TF card to the terminal
# In the terminal:
## Click Settings > Security > Install from SD card
## Select the CA certificate from TF card
## Input the name of the certificate in the prompt window
## Set lock screen pin
## Prompt the CA certificate installed success.
  Please note, third-app can not install CA to terminal programmatically without UI interaction, that is not safe, only system apk can do this work.
