Use TF-card or U-disk

  • Create the "/wizarpos/monitor/" folder in the TF-card or U-disk.
  • Use the TF-card to plug in the terminal, or use the U-disk to plug in the terminal through the OTG2USB converter. The system will automatically copy the log to it and beep when it is finished.

Use WizarView (TMS)

  • Make sure the terminal is online.
  • If you have applied for a WizarView account from wizarPOS, log in to WizarView.
  • Click the menu "Monitor>Terminal Monitor", select the terminal, and click the "Upload log" button.
  • Please wait for the log to be uploaded. You can check and download the log by clicking the log icon button.
