Follow these steps to connect your device to WiFi, activate SoftSIM and Data Plan, and ensure they are functioning properly.
Connecting to WiFi
- Enable WiFi: Go to 'Settings' > 'WLAN'. Switch on the WiFi.
- Select a Network: Choose a WiFi network available in your vicinity and connect to it.
Activating SoftSIM and Data Plan
- Access SoftSIM Settings: Navigate to 'Settings' > 'About POS' > 'POS Configuration' > 'Soft SIM Settings'.
- Enable SoftSIM: Toggle the 'Switch on SoftSIM' button.
- Verification:
- Wait a few seconds for the IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity) and ICCID (Integrated Circuit Card Identifier) to be downloaded from the server and displayed.
- A successful display of IMSI and ICCID indicates that the SoftSIM and Data Plan have been activated successfully.
- Troubleshooting: If activation is unsuccessful, check your WiFi connection and attempt the process again.
Ensuring Normal Activation
- Turn Off WiFi: Disable the WiFi connection on your device.
- Reboot the Device:
