# Tampered device generates a token during booting process.
# Tampered device generates a token in the TF card during booting process.
# Token is sent to WizarPOS(techsupport@wizarpos.com) and get a mail contain a signed token, these steps could be performed offline with the help of one SD card.
# Please send the token to WizarPOS(techsupport@wizarpos.com) and contact wizarPOS employee to apply the recover.
# Tampered device is recovered if the signed token could be verified successfully.
# If the application is approved by wizarPOS, you will receive a sig file of that token. Please put the sig file in the same folder of the TF card and reboot terminal again..

Terminal can only be recovered from tamper state by terminal vendor. Others can not recover terminal by themselves.

  1. Tampered device generates a token in the TF card during booting process.
  2. Please send the token to WizarPOS(techsupport@wizarpos.com) and contact wizarPOS employee to apply the recover.
  3. If the application is approved by wizarPOS, you will receive a sig file of that token. Please put the sig file in the same folder of the TF card and reboot terminal again..
