Terminal can only be recovered from tamper state by terminal vendor. Others can not recover terminal by themselves.

  1. Tampered device generates a token during booting process.
  2. Token is sent to WizarPOS(techsupport@wizarpos.com) and get a mail contain a signed token, these steps could be performed offline with the help of one SD card.
  3. Tampered device is recovered if the signed token could be verified successfully.
