How to Retrieve Logs from Terminals

Use TF-card or U-disk

Create the "/wizarpos/monitor/" folder in the TF-card or U-disk.
Use the TF-card to plug in the terminal, or use the U-disk to plug in the terminal through the OTG2USB converter. The system will automatically copy the log to it and beep when it is finished.

Use WizarView (TMS)

Make sure the terminal is online.
Login WizarView, if you already applied a WizarView account from wizarPOS.
Click menu Monitor>Terminal Monitor, select the terminal, click button "Upload log".
Please wait a moment for log uploading. You can check and download the log by click the log icon button.
