Use TF-card or U-disk
- Create the "/wizarpos/monitor/" folder in the TF-card or U-disk.
- Use the TF-card to plug in the terminal, or use the U-disk to plug in the terminal through the OTG2USB converter. The system will automatically copy the log to it and beep when it is finished.
Use WizarView (TMS)
- Make sure the terminal is online.
- Login WizarView, if you already applied a WizarView account from wizarPOS.
- Click menu Monitor>Terminal Monitor, select the terminal, click button "Upload log".
- Please wait a moment for log uploading. You can check and download the log by click the log icon button.
