Use TF-card or U-disk
- Create the "/wizarpos/monitor/" folder in the TF-card or U-disk.
- Use the TF-card to plug in the terminal, or use the U-disk to plug in the terminal through the OTG2USB converter. The system will automatically copy the log to it and beep when it is finished.
Use WizarView (TMS)
- Make sure the terminal is online.
- If you have applied for a WizarView account from wizarPOS, log in to WizarView.
- Click the menu "Monitor>Terminal Monitor", select the terminal, and click the "Upload log" button. If need much more log, please click the black triangle, then choose senior item, it will upload senior logs which includes more log files.
- Please wait for the log to be uploaded. You can check and download the log by clicking the log icon button.
