Terminal can only be recovered from tamper status by terminal vendor. Others can not recover terminal by themselves.
- Tampered device generates a token in the TF card during booting process.
- Please send the token to WizarPOS supporter or techsupport@wizarpos.com, then contact wizarPOS supporter to apply the recover application.
- If the application is approved by wizarPOS, you will receive a sig file of that token. Please put the sig file in the same folder of the TF card and reboot terminal again..
