Terminal can only be recovered from tamper status by terminal vendor. Others can not recover terminal by themselves.
- Tampered device generates a token in the TF card during booting process.
- Please get and send the token file to WizarPOS by mail.
Mail information:
Title: Device recovery from temper status.
Mailto: techsupport@wizarpos.com; and copy the WizarPOS sales staff.
Please choose tamper reason: 1. Tampered when received the device from WizarPOS; 2. Tampered when repair; 3 Tampered after fall down/drop
Attachment: token file.
- After we received the application mail and approved, we will reply and attach the signature file of that token.
- Please put the .sig file to the same folder of the TF card and reboot terminal again. Please notice, that token file should exist in the same folder.
