Operate after terminal power on
- Go to system menu, Settings>Backup$reset>Factory data reset, after click, it will reset to factory setting and remove all the installed apps.
Operate when terminal power off
Q1
- Press the Power key and Scan key in the keyboard at the same time, last about 5s.
- After 20-30s, the recovery UI displayed.
- Select factory reset(wipe D/C) to reset. Scan Key for select, Power key for confirm.
- After reset success, select reboot system now, reboot the system.
Q2/K2
- Press Power key and Volumn(+) at the same time.
- After 20-30s, the recovery UI displayed.
- Select factory Wipe Data/factory reset to reset. Volumn(-) for select, Power key for confirm.
- After reset success, select reboot system now, reboot the system.
