Use TF card or USB flash drive
- Create a folder "/wizarpos/monitor/" in the TF card or USB flash drive.
- Plug the TF card directly to terminal or plug the USB flash drive by OTG2USB converter, and wait a while. The system will copy the log to it, and beep after finishing.
Use wizarView (TMS)
- Make sure the terminal is online.
- Login WizarView, if you already applied a WizarView account from wizarPOS.
- Click menu Monitor>Terminal Monitor, select the terminal, click button "Upload log".
- Please wait a moment for log uploading. You can check and download the log by click the log icon button.
