How to Retrieve Logs from Terminals

By tf card or USB flash drive

  • Create a folder "/wizarpos/monitor/" in tf card or USB flash drive.
  • Plug the TF card directly to terminal or plug the USB flash drive by OTG2USB convertor, then wait a while, all the system log will record in the tf card/USB flash driver with a beeping.

By TMS

  • Apply TMS account.
  • Click menu Monitor>Terminal Monitor, select the terminal, click button "Upload log".
  • Please wait a moment, after upload success, please get the log by click the log icon button.
